The location was fantastic and close to public transport.
My stay was quite disappointing, to say the least. The room I had was cramped, and it was clear that the furnishings were outdated, offering little comfort for a good night's sleep. the lack of basic toiletries in the bathroom made the experience feel cheap and unwelcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay! The guy running it was super welcoming, but a full-length mirror in the room would’ve been choice. Breakfast was heaps good!

A Hidden Gem for Travelers!
What a lovely experience! The staff were incredibly accommodating, even upgrading our room without us asking. My daughter and her friends had a blast sharing their extra bed. The breakfast was delicious, a perfect start to a road trip! Definitely a place to revisit on our next journey.

Couples looking for a lovely stay
The host was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to make us feel safe it was like he could sense my anxiety and did everything to ease it. Breakfast was a real highlight with great choices and really tasty poached eggs that I still think about.
It wasn't the cheapest option but honestly worth every penny.

Perfect for families, don't miss out on it
We checked in early, which was fantastic. The host was so friendly, like he really cared, made us feel super welcome. Then the breakfast. I mean, those poached eggs were something else, the best I've ever had, truly.
It wasn't the cheapest place, but honestly, it was still acceptable for what we got.

The economy twin room had a cozy atmosphere and was perfect for the group. the toilet seat wobbled a bit, which needed adjusting. while the TV was fine, a larger screen would have made the experience better. Breakfast featured freshly prepared dishes that everyone enjoyed, making it a highlight of our stay.

Wi-fi worked well, but no off-site parking options available. Nice flat-screen TV, too.

I had an amazing experience during my one-night stay. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the river and conveniently close to the bus station, which made getting to Newcastle city centre effortless. The room was cozy and accessible with a well-equipped shower, which perfectly met my needs. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
The only downside was the lack of designated parking , which could be a hassle.
